Our Policies

Kids Care pledges to deliver products according to the order and holds responsibility to deliver them in a safe condition. However, the customer cannot check products at the time of delivery, following the policy of our Logistic Partners.

Return and Exchange can be claimed according to the following policies:

Returns & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before sending items back as a return or exchange we highly recommend you email us at info@kidscare.pk or contact 03212395096 at Whats App.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will not be able to process an exchange or refund on any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 Return or Exchange Policy applies under following circumstances:

1. In cases where Kids Care staff is responsible for sending a wrong product to the customers or the product gets damaged during transit; we will cover delivery charges of shipping and return both, but it must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery. We highly recommend our valuable customers to record a video while opening their parcels. This becomes a proof when customers make a claim that they received a damaged product or a mistaken item. We work at our best to fix errors when such incidents are reported.
2. It’s possible that the customer misunderstood the size or color or is not satisfied with the quality of the product. They may also change their mind or have some other concerns. In these situations, delivery charges are to be paid by the customer when sending the product to our store. All shipping costs are non-refundable, that includes the shipping we have paid to deliver your order. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund in this case.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed through online transfer.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 217, 2^nd floor, Emerald Tower, II Talwar, Clifton, Karachi.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellation
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is dispatched. We pride ourselves in dispatching orders promptly, so to cancel please call us immediately on 03212395096 before the goods have left our control. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
